Terms of use
These terms are a working draft for the early test of Fourfold. Text in [square brackets] still needs to be filled in.
Who we are
Fourfold is a trading name of FlexVoyage Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 13433541, registered office 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX. Contact: hello@wearefourfold.com.
What Fourfold does
Fourfold gives free style recommendations: a capsule wardrobe built around what you tell us, suggested outfits, and suggested products to fill gaps. Recommendations are personal opinions on style, prepared with the help of AI tools and checked by a person.
We don't sell anything
We don't sell clothes or other products, hold stock, or take payment. When you buy something we suggest, you buy it directly from that brand or retailer, on their terms. Delivery, returns, refunds, sizing and product quality are matters between you and them.
Prices and stock
Prices, sizes and availability we mention can change at any time and may not be accurate when you visit the brand's website. Always check the details on the retailer's site before buying.
Affiliate links
Some product links may earn us a commission from the retailer if you buy, at no extra cost to you. Commission never decides what we recommend.
Using our recommendations
Our suggestions are general style advice, not professional, medical or fitting advice. Fit varies by brand, so check each retailer's size guide. You're responsible for what you choose to buy and wear.
Our responsibility to you
We provide the service with reasonable care. Because it's free and we don't sell products, we're not responsible for purchases you make from third parties or for losses that weren't foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
Changes
This is an early version of Fourfold. We may change or stop the service, and update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
